Refund policy

At CLEA Midlife we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may request a refund of the full purchase price less shipping and handling within 30 days of product delivery. This 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy applies to all products purchased through our website and applies to our subscription program as well. However, no refunds will be issued for products without proof of purchase. Additionally, refunds are given only for regular priced items, sale items are final sale, and excluded from our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item including shipping and handling. To obtain a refund, email: info@cleamidlife.com and put REFUND REQUEST in the subject line.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Standard processing time of refunds vary and is determined by your credit card holder or bank.
